Using Google Forms

One of the best ways to gather data for a spreadsheet is to use Google Forms. To get started, create a new folder on your Google Drive called Forms and share it with me. Now, try creating a basic Book Request form. here's a quick video to show you how it's done. I've also created a prototype that might give you some ideas on how to make your form more useful. Assignment:

Create a book request form for a library. Include the following fields in your form:

Name of the book - Text
Author - Text
Your name - Text
Type of book - Multiple Choice - Fiction, Non Fiction, Periodical, Reference, Other
Date you finished the book - Date
Your Review -  Paragraph Text
